Omniyat is a development company in Dubai. Since 2005 it has established itself as a reliable developer. Omniyat specializes in the construction of residential complexes and commercial real estate.

The founder of the firm is Mahdi K.M.J. Amjad. At the time of Omniyat’s creation, he owned a large holding company specializing in IT development. This gave a quick start to the establishment of the developer, as it provided a strong source of investment from the beginning of its operations.
